I started office work for a local Pharmacy nearly 30 years ago & have held many different positions/jobs in this time. My husband & I went into business in 1998 with a staff of over 20, servicing the Retail market, where I was in control of all the office affairs & employment matters. While our Business has changed over the years I have still managed all the office work & kept up with all necessary ATO & payroll compliance's.
I have been married for over 25 years, we have 2 adult sons that both still live & work in the Mackay area. I enjoy chilling out with family & friends, travel, reading, theatre, updating my software knowledge & helping my sons to grow in their business ambitions.

Over 8 years ago now Shaye changed focus from working for Local Business's to assisting local small business with their bookkeeping needs. After gaining appropriate qualifications as a registered BAS agent Justaye Services now offer not only Mining Services but also Business Solutions & BAS Agent Services. Over this time I have seen my bookkeeping business grow to now employ several staff on a Casual basis. They assist with our growing list of Businesses that we assist on a regular to casual basis.
As a local I can understand the needs of my local clients, however with cloud accounting software that is now available we are also able to assist other business's throughout Australia. We currently assist clients as far north as Cairns & down to Brisbane. We help one man operations to Multi-Million dollar companies with their business needs.
We understand that each job may vary from day to day, week to week or month to month. As we have a small staff we can meet most Clients requirements. Most clients are allotted 2 staff (myself & another) to look after their needs, so there is always someone available to assist them. We prefer NOT to work week-ends or after-hours, but this can be worked out with the client if required. For these clients we offer a wide range of services from weekly to casual services. Invoicing, payroll, all office duties to casual relief, training, ATO GST & Payroll reporting. We also assist clients in getting their book-work up to date when they are behind.

As each Business is unique we liaise with their Accountants which are both in Mackay or other areas of Queensland. Accountants also have their own way of recording/doing things so we like to keep on top of this. Each Business we work with we have a procedure so that we all know what is going on & where particular transactions are recorded. Several of my clients have more than 1 company, so while this proves a challenge in ensuring that entries are entered into the correct companies, it is also something that we are familiar with.
As a BAS Agent I/we have to abide by the same regulations & rules as Accountants do, our staff sign confidentially agreements. I am affiliated with several associations that offer assistance to me professionally. We have the assistance of fellow Business Associates that we work in with, throughout Australia. To keep our accreditation current, we have to keep our knowledge up to date, this is done by attending training seminars & conferences.
We have been working with several brands of Software over the past 7 years & I am quite confident that we can assist you with your requirements. We are familiar in uploading files, working with CLOUD based software that include LIVE bank fees. Also software that has add-ons to assist with expenses, rosters, reporting etc.
We are registered with TPB (Tax Practioners Board) & ABN (Australian Bookkeepers Network) Member. Insured through Lloyds of London.
